Hello from The Neeley Center for Health in Huntsville, AL. The video and blog text are to help any of you who might need some guidance in signing up for the Veterans Choice Program in order to sign up for FREE acupuncture at our clinic.

Steps to sign up

  1. Type in VA.gov. It will bring you to the U. S. Department of Veteran Affairs page.
  2. Click on the “Health” bar which is on the left.
  3. Go all the way down to the veterans access choice and accountability act and click on it.
  4. You will come to a tab that says What is the choice program?   There are three tabs across the screen but you will stay on the choice program tab.

There is a video you can watch if you would like, it explains the page.

Scroll down to how do I sign up?  It gives you step by step instructions on what to do.

You can check to see if you are eligible and what determines your eligibility.

Go to step two which is exploring which doctors are participating you can put in our clinic, The Neeley Center for Health so you don’t get sent to any random acupuncturist.

Continue going down the page and they give you step by step of what is to happen if you are accepted into the program.

If there is any confusion you can call the Veterans Choice Hot Line.  1-866-606-8198.  If you do have to call it will take a very long time to get through to speak with someone. So if you have any questions please call Courtney at the office 256-716-4048. She will more than happy because she knows how long you have to wait on those phone lines! I can walk you through everything on the website.

You can call Tuesday through Saturday and we will be happy to help you with any questions.

Veterans choice program-Free acupuncture for you!
